Hi all,

I have another question for you. (I'm full of them this week!)

I'm studying for the NASM exam and was expecting that as part of the materials, there would be some sort of exercise reference guide to show a large variety of exercises for certain muscle groups.

Since there isn't anything like that in my materials, do any of you know of a compilation of something like that? I would like something like this, so I can really have a big reference guide when creating workouts for clients (and myself). I tend to remember the same old ones, and hope to find SOME book that includes a huge variety. I hope this makes sense. If you know of something like that, please let me know what it is.

Thanks,
Liz

Hi Liz,

I would look less toward physical books and more towards websites.

Here are two free ones that have exercise demos on them:

www.muscleandstrength.com
www.exrx.net

Personal training on the net costs money, but they have a lot of tools that are useful for personal trainers and a library of "Functional MOvements' that is parralleled by no other.

www.ptonthenet.com

Check them out.
Popcorn
Peace,

Dave
