Seth, I'd be interested in talking with you if you're looking for other trainers. I do have a small bit of spare time to possibly do online training. Let me know if you're interested! If so, you can e-mail me at justin@befitonline.com, thanks!
Hello all,
My name is Seth Albright. I am a graduate of Marshall University with a degree in exercise physiology class of 2003.
My main revenue stream now is online personal training. It's great. I work from home anytime I want. I'm making about 30k a month gross profit. I was thinking of maybe taking on some other trainers.
How would you want to be hired? Being paid a set amount per client trained? Splitting profits like 70 30 with help getting clients? Paying a certain fee and just using the website the way you wanted?
I would like your opinions to help better serve this business idea.

Seth,
You speak of an online personal training business that you have developed that has allowed you to earn 30K/mo...
Impressive, but I'm certain that I am not the only skeptic on this forum. These kinds of things always seem a little "too good to be true" at first glance.
I'm sure all of us would like to take a look at your website/online service and see exactly what you have done to gain this kind of client base, maintain client retention, and achieve such a high level of financial success.
If you're sincerely looking for other trainers to join you, you certainly haven't provided much information to allow any of us to understand what we would be signing up for.
What is the job description?
How much are client's charged?
Which of the 70/30 split is going to the trainer/the company?
What is your website?
How do you get your clients?
How do you expect your training team to get clients?
Fill in the blanks and get us on board.
If you have truly discovered a way to legitimately earn $360,000.00/year in the fitness industry, as a trainer, by yourself, without having to leave the comfort of your home, by providing a virtual service, you might be considered a legend amongst trainers.
Without the details, we all have to question your business model and your intentions...
