Designing a contract for an independent contraced PT and a gym - Personal Trainer Community - Forum

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could send me in the right direction. I am looking for a sample contract/work agreement between an independently contracted personal trainer and the gym/fitness facility that they train their clients at. I am opening a new gym and am looking to enter into an agreement with a personal trainer for training services at my gym.

Any information would be helpful.

Go to office depot and grab a independent contractor form as an example, and go from there. Re-word it for a PT
