I have a program that makes it easy to capture my screen and make a video, its easier for me than typing. You can see the video review I did for your website here: TechSmith | Screencast.com, online video sharing, SiteReview

Any questions just let me know.
Obviously it's been a while since I've logged into FitnessThinkTank. Firstly, thanks a bunch for the honest critique of my site. I've implemented some of the changes that you spoke about in the video. I also have a few other ideas in development! Once again, thanks for taking the time!
Yeah, I'm using my sig for anchor text. At least I'm up front about it

I love this idea! We'll be launching the complete redesign of our site in a few weeks. I would love to get opinions from others here. I'll be checking back with y'all soon!

Just a few points that spring to mind about your homepage from a first glance.

    1. Hard to tell what the website is about since there's no copy on the homepage at all. This also means it's harder for Google to index it for the relevant keywords.
    2. The icons on the bottom look cool but I struggle to find out what they mean. The easier you can make it for people to understand what's going on the better. At the moment they have to watch the videos to know what they mean. Also if you move the mouse cursor away from the video it stops playing.
    3. I'd suggest putting an element on the page that gets updated regularly, either an intro to a blog post or a twitter feed. This lets users know that things are actually happening behind the website and it's not outdated. Also Google likes pages that are updated regularly so...

    Hope that helps,

    Aleks
