    Default "Secrets of Secret."

    Hello,

I will start where I left off with my General Discussion posting. This particular posting is exclusive only for certified CPT who currently are experiencing cervical, upper and lower back pain problems for years that are still looking for the best solution to their chronic pain. Needless to say that I will help you all recover through the correct methods of exercises that I learned through the hard way. Once you learn "everything", you can all practice the same exercises to those who are having the same problems. Learning the methods to eliminate the pain will take a week and/or one full month and it all depends on the frequency of doing the exercises. Honestly, to learn the "secrets of secret" of avoiding surgery and severe and chronic pain will take ONE full month because I will do "spoon-feeding" to everyone. If not, it will take between 2 or 3 years down the road and as much as I wanted to teach everything overnight, that is impossible. Well, I know that this posting is somewhat confusing to the readers, but if you re-read for several times, you will get the message. (Note. English is my second language. ) Confuse? Send email to: kinglyfisherman@comcast.net

    Thanks.

    I am,

No one have come before me to help a person with severe and chronic pain recover completely through the correct and modified methods of exercises.
