    Default Advice

    hello all,

I have just been hired as a personal trainer by a local health club and I start tomorrow. (so excited ) I have already scheduled 3 people with free PT sessions, but I am not sure how to put everything in order. How do you handle a new client and how would you impress them? Any advice?

    Hi New Guy,

    - Be yourself.
    - Demonstrate your knowledge.
    - Make the session fun and be encouraging.
    - Explain to them WHY they should hire you.
    - Show your clients that you are willing to go the extra mile for them.

    Hope this helps.
