Default New Idea (for me, anyway)

I was thinking about adding a new dimension to my personal training services; wellness consulting. This could provide help to those people who need to change their lifestyle for health reasons but would NEVER go to a fitness trainer (fear?, imtimidation?, self-consciousness?).
A client would do an initial consult to get baselines, screening and sign paperwork.
From then on, we meet once a week and I give the client "assignments" for the week. These would be nutritional, activity, stress management and other health related assignments. I stay in touch with them during that week to support them and keep them on track. I'd like to also be available to help them with their grocery lists, shopping for food and any other areas where they may need assistance. The activitiy for the week may be as simple as walking 10 mins. everyday. (Of course I'd work to build that up to 30 - 60 minutes eventually. You got to start somewhere).
What do you guys think? Is anyone else doing this? If so, how are you marketing it? :?:

It doesn't matter really what you call yourself, but HOW you market your services. So, who is your ideal client? What are their pains/what makes them tick?

Then, what is it about YOUR services and about YOU that make you unique? Get into touch with these two very important keys and then you'll attract your ideal clients.

Create your business process. How you work with your clients. What you can do for them.

All people who consider what you have to offer are asking one question: What's in it for me? If you can answer that question, they won't care what your 'label' is.

Be proud of what you offer, too! A suggestion is to look into wellness coaching to add that as another tool to help move your clients forward.
