I have a really good friend who is a great dancer. He loves teaching people how to dance, and the music he dances to is "workout music".
I want to give him good advice so that he can build a sound business out of training people as a dancer. He knows so many people in a large city, and he could do really well for himself doing what he loves!
Does anyone have experience or advice on this subject?
I posted this in the general discussions area first with no response. Just want any advice on helping him find the right places to market himself...
Thanks.
Yeah, I think this has a high relevance to Personal Training because the marketing will be similar -
Make sure your friend creates an attractive website with good pictures - also put info on there that builds credibility -
Then market primarily online, first through free resources and then pay for ads if you chose -
And give out business cards to anyone that asks you what you do or says you're good at dancing -
IMO, all those ideas in the poll seemed a little desperate and low credibility - I did them all early in my career with absolutely no results -
