Default How Far Will You Travel To A Client?

With gas prices the way they are  , how far are you willing to travel to train a client? :?:

What is the furthest you have to travel now?

If your clients come to you, how far do they travel?

I'm thinking 15 miles each way is as far as I wanna go.

    What are your thoughts? 8)

    Thanks,

    Dave

P.S. I apologize if this comes up multiple times as I was getting an error.

    Default off site clients

The town I live in really doesnt take too long to get from point A to B--even with winter roads or summer construction. However, I find it to be a pain and have only a couple home clients left and they are very occassional. I try to stay onsite where I run my business. I have 2 locations with this company and 1 with a smaller 24 hr business ( not alot of work there though) and so I decide which days I am at which location. I ask which is more important to the client--time of day or location. However, when ever I do ANY offsite work--Corp talks, testing etc, or home clients, I add 10$ more to my fees. I just personally prefer not to have the hassle on a daily basis. AS long as I have enough onsite traffic- I'll stay put :-)

    Default Hi Dave

Hi Dave, for friends, Ive been known to travel up to about 35 miles one way. that his a hike and most of my clients are around 40 miles round trip. if you go to www.personaltrainer.cc you can sign up to the site and add in all the zip codes in your area that you'd be willing to travel to. then if anyone types in that zip code, you would pop up. its a good, relatively cheap way to advertise your services

    Hi Kathi and Joe,

Thanks for your input. Joe I'll definitely sign up for personaltrainer.cc

I'm going to estimate that my average client will be 30 miles round trip (15 miles each way) for my business plan.
