Default Kaiser: I have a question about your YouTube video.

Hey, what kind of camera did you use to record the video on this link?

What did you use for the black backdrop? Or is it part of the video editing software? This is one of the better/clearer YouTube videos I've seen. Good choice to wear white. What editing software do you use?

I can't speak for Kaiser, but I use the Flip camera for my youtube videos. I am quite happy with it and the software that comes with it allows you to easily create a black screen both before and after the video where you can write your website url or whatever else you might want.

I should add though - I wouldn't know how to create a black backdrop during the actual video. I don't think there is anything on the flip software that enables you to do this.

The only thing I can think of is to use a black sheet or something equivalent. (?) I am sure there is some sort of back drop you can buy.

I have a Flip camera as well. How do your youtube videos turn out on the Flip?

Generally I have been quite happy with the way they turned out on youtube. I havn't done all that many videos yet though.

I filmed some races at a Track meet the other day though, and I would have preferred to be able to zoom in a little more when the athletes were on the far side of the track though.
