I didn't gain any, but I definitely didn't eat right. It's such a gross feeling when you know you haven't been eating like you should. I need to go into "detox" and get my eating habits back on track and lay off the sugar!

    Hi Christina,

I don't think I gained any, but I am not one for using the scale. I like knowing that if I feel good in my clothes, then everything is O.K. I do have to admit that I did have some Oatmeal Raisin cookies. I'm not one for eating sweets, but I did use the Spenda when making them.
I'm sure its hard for everyone during the Holidays. Being with friends and family are always a special time. I always try to eat a good meal before going to any parties, so not to eat the "good stuff" when out.

    Happy New Year
    Sandy

    Hi Sandy,

I could never get into Splenda. I just don't like the taste. I wish I did though! In one of my nutrition classes we talked about how addictive sugar is. If you eliminate sugar from your diet then you do not crave it. I know that to be true because I used to rarely eat sugar and was not the least bit tempted by desserts. I need to get back to that point!

Well I'm not one for scales either. But I weighed myself this AM and I was at 209lbs. Which is up 2 pounds from before christmas. BUT, last night before I went to bed the scale said I was 214! LOL I'm going to shoot to get below 200lbs by my birthday on February 26th.

    Shouldn't be too difficult.

LOL I probably need one! I do things that are contrary to my goals every day and end up kicking myself.

I'm positive now that my scale is a piece of "sheeeet" as I was 202 this AM! LOL From 214 to 209 to 202 in 3 days! And I'm still eating poorly!

Well atleast I'm exercising each day.

Can't wait to find out if I passed the NSCA exam, I cannot believe it was 1 month ago. It seems like it was yesterday!

Well heck, at that rate you should hit your target goal by this evening! Now take those scales to your clients' homes and you'll be booked clear through 2010!

At the gym I used to work out in in California the PTs were always training and motivating one another. I should set up a blogging area where we can log our workouts and we can encourage one another to train harder.

Your NSCA scores will be showing up any day now... Are you nervous?
