Best Corporate Gym to Start in (Bally's, Gold, lifetime etc)

So, as the title says, I was wondering what the best corp. gym is to work for? I will be taking my NSCA CPT test either in June or July and will be looking for employment in Northern VA - so I was wondering what people had to say about these places.

I'm yet to hear a positive story about training in the healthclub setting -
In my opinion, this is not real Personal Training - it's sales and a big corporate game -
Getting out on your own is about quality, mentoring, and relationships -
So whatever you do, have it in the back of your mind to get out on your own as fast as possible, say about 2 months -
And don't let the negative people you get around in the health-club setting get you down -

Yeah, the plan right now is to have a full facility with a few friends in about 2 years, but for now, need something that will simply pay the bills and let me save up a bit of a bank account.

When you say, "get out on your own" do you mean making house calls and things like that? or simply moving on to another work setting like a school/university or a real training center?
