    Default AHA Stratification

acsm says that their stratification is consistent with AHA's, should I focus on AHA's classes? or stick with the acsm's?

If you're already in ACSM classes, stick with them. Overall, since they are both consistent with each other, changing classes to AHA may not make a big difference.

    Thanks for the input Mitchel.

But i was actually referring to the AHA stratification. ACSM uses low, moderate, high risk...well AHA uses Class A, Class B, Class C, etc...

I just wanted to know if this should be known inside out or will the ACSM stratification suffice?
