    Default Question on in Resources for the Personal Trainer Ch4. Applied Biomechanics.

    Does anyone know how indepth we need to know these equations such as "Linear Mechanical Work" Or Angular power etc?

    Hi EmmaJayne,

    I'm not exactly sure what you are referencing and I seem to have an older version of the text, but that leads me to believe that what you are referencing is out of scope for the CPT. Be sure to understand the fundamentals of biomechanical principles as it relates to walking, running and swimming. You definitely should be familiar with the three lever classifications. As far as equations, I can't recall being required to know anything that in depth.

    Dinah is right
    you dont need to study about that. read abt walking, running and swimming and 3 lever principle.
