Great! I need some these muscles are very overwhelming! How do you want to start one? How far are you into the book? I just started studying I am on ch. 3. I really want to understand this stuff.

I am taking the HFS test in one week, but many if not all of the KSAs overlap. I'd be glad to help along the way, as I've found whenever I explain something to someone I get a better understanding of it myself.

which book u starting with resources of personal trainer or other one, i just bn browsing really not started properly leave me ur email i get back to u and sort sumthing out over msn or skype or sumthing be easier that way

Hey Arami, not quite sure I think some stuff does though. I am memorizing the muscles right now ive been immersed in chapter three for days. lol. Shaq, I started with chapter 3, bones, joints, muscles.
