Default Just took the ACSM exam, and passed!!!

Hi, so last week I took the NSCA, and missed passing by 3 questions, and ran out of time. Today I took the ACSM exam, and passed with an hour to spare. If you have any questions, let me know, and good choice choosing ACSM!!

Congrats! I told you it was easier than the NSCA exam.

    Hey Jo

was there any question in ACSM exam regarding RMR calculation?
Do we need to remember the RMR formula?

    Ansul,
My understanding is that the ACSM’s CPT exam has very little math compared to ACSM’s Health Specialist exam. The only math I know for sure will be on the exam is calculating BMI, the Karvonen, target heart rate formula, and being able to figure out how many calories there are when provided total grams of fat, carbs, and protein in a given food.
Perhaps someone here can help us by mentioning anything else that I have missed.
