    Default Drug effects

Table A-2 in the GETP has various drug effects on exercise. There is a whole bunch o stuff here. Are we responsible on the test for all of the tabular info or basic drug effects?

The test may ask you about the side effect of a common drug.

I know all of this gets overwhelming. When you have a question about what is on the test take a moment to think about the importance of the information in the grand scheme of things. How many questions in reality will the ACSM ask you about drugs? If you consider this is a test about personal training, I would venture to say not many. One question maybe two at most. And if you miss those, eh, who cares?

    Default Thanks Christina

Yes it does get overwhelming. Think I will study Resources for the Personal Trainer Chapter 17 (Resistance Training Programs) tonite just to get back on track with what really matters.

I would also focus quite a bit on anatomy and physiology as they relate to exercise. Here are some resources that you may find helpful. The book is okay for anatomy and physiology but not excellent.
