CPR Question - Taking ACSM Exam - Personal Trainer Community - Forum

I am registered to take the ACSM cPT exam in a week, and will not have my CPR cert. until the following week. I had assumed that I would be fine to do this, and just wouldn't receive my certificate until they had all the necessary documentation, is this the case? I'm concerned I need proof of CPR training in order to sit for the ACSM cPT test itself...does anyone know/remember how it works?

My testing location did not check my card. I had it with me just in case. I don't know if ACSM expects the test center to check it or if they just count on their 25% spot-check audit procedure.
