Nervous about upcoming HFI cert exam
So I am currently a student in an Exercise Science and Health Promotion program and I have set a date for June 19th (10 days away) to take the ACSM HFI cert exam and I am having major doubts. I have done my research, purchased the big three (cert review 2nd ed., Resource Manual, and ACSM Guidelines 7th ed.), studied them some, and read through several posts in these forums. However, my doubts and nerves only grow more and more as the date draws closer and with every post I come across.
I have even read a couple threads on people who have passed the HFI, but they make it sound nearly impossible for me to do. I feel as if I am studying and the material is sticking but I feel as if there is not enough time remainding for me to actually make a significant dent into these books that I purchased a couple weeks back. Thankfully, in an Exercise Prescription class, as well as another class, we used the ACSM Guidelines book as the class book so I have been exposed to the material in that one quite a bit. Here is what I plan to study further as D day nears:
* I am familiar with metabolic equations for the most part, but I will continue to work out some problems. (BTW, do I need to memorize the equations? Or will they supply them?)
* It's been about a month since I last looked @ an ECG to determine if it is normal or not (and if not, what is the diagnosis), so I will brushen up on these.
* I will review body composition #s and OTHER #s such as BMI, WHR, TG levels, cholesterol #s, HR/BP at rest and their reactions to exercise, fasting glucose, etc. These I was forced to memorize before so it should go smooth reviewing these.
* I know I need to review contraindications of exercise testing yet again, but I am aware that this is 1 of my weakest areas (ex. absolute/relative)
* I'll go over things like medical history and informed consent form and its components, etc.
Knowing that I need to sharpen up on these areas and what I have already been studying, I feel as if it is not (and will not be) enough before test day.
Yes, it is nerves talking but I have this glooming feeling that it isnt just the nerves. Any advice would be appreciated tremendously on what it is I should focus on or what most of the questions focus on. It seems like most of the posting in these forums deal with CPT instead of HFI so I am just seeking further guidance.
Thanks in advance.

Manthis,
I don't know where you took Prescription, but at many schools it is a near perfect prep for the HFI. Do not fret I am sure you will be fine.
