Hi Arti,

Well the first site seems spammy to me. I have seen this site in the past. I do not believe for a second that a gal named Katie runs this site because these people also have a similar site for massage therapists and the gal featured on this site is "Lauren." They used the exact same template for their massage site as they did for the personal training site! They most likely created the site to make money from Google ads, etc. I don't like when people try to trick or deceive others. They may have good info. I don't know.

As far as the second site is concerned, a few people have inquired about the flash cards on the forum but I still have not heard of anyone actually buying them!
