    Default I PASSED!!!

Woo-hoo!!! Not that it was a big surprise, because I was very comfortable with the material on the test. It's just a relief to KNOW I actually passed.

Now, just waiting for the LWMC materials....

    GREAT JOB PHILLYJEN!!

You should be able to handl the LWMC cert with no problem. The book is a lot smaller than the PT book. At least it was in 2001 when I took the exam.

You and Brian B will have to let me know what you think of the new book and what new material was covered!

    All the best,

Thanks, Dave!! When I saw I passed online today, I just about did cartwheels! If I'd had a little more room, I might not have been able to contain myself.

I think I'm heading down your path. I figured the LWMC would be bit easier cert than the CPT. I think the new book is about half the CPT manual. I'm really looking forward to digging into it. After the LWMC, I'm going after the NSCA-CPT.

I'm hoping by the end of the year (and 3 certs later), I'll finally be able to start doing what I've wanted to do for the last 10 years...teaching people to make a difference in their own lives.

For you, has the LWMC made a big difference in how you've been able to help your clients? I know weight loss goes hand in hand with working out for so many people.
